This project is situated in Athenree and as a medium scale residential development has been an interesting project. RPC has been tasked to come up with a 3 design options which has required careful consideration of:
- Location of existing services
- Existing road network and ability for ingress due to existing road undulation and sight distances.
- Investigating option for either internal rights of way or a single road option.
RPC is overseeing all aspects of the project and collation of reports from the Archaeologist, Geotechnical Engineer, Traffic Safety Audit and National Environmental Standards (NES Soils). This information will form the detail in an application for subdivision to the local Council.
