RPC Land Surveyors are a well-respected, long established surveying company with offices in Mount Maunganui and Auckland.

A position is available in our Mt Maunganui office which involves all aspects of field surveying and office management of projects, including the preparation of resource and land use consents. The role will suit an ambitious surveyor who thrives on challenges and responsibility.

You will be working with a dedicated team of professionals on a range of work in Mt Maunganui and the greater Bay of Plenty and Waikato areas. You will have a desire and ability to tackle complex projects in a busy environment, as well as being able to organise and prioritise work to fulfil client expectations.

Our preferred candidate will have the following attributes:-

  • Licenced Cadastral Surveyor

  • Be a member of or be eligible for membership of the NZIS

  • Use/be familiar with 12D software and Landonline

  • Be willing to learn engineering design for land development and subdivision

  • Demonstrable communication and inter-personal skills

Survey Technician – Mount Maunganui

Due to ongoing growth, RPC Land Surveyors is seeking a Survey Technician with 2 – 6 year’s experience to join our team in Mount Maunganui.

Just a few blocks from the best beach in NZ, RPC is a well-respected, long established surveying consultancy, with newly remodelled modern offices in a thriving city. Based in both Mount Maunganui and Auckland, the company prides itself on providing its clients with a comprehensive list of services for all Land Surveying, Resource Management, Planning and Land Development work.

This is an opportunity to become a member of a friendly and experienced team, involved in a number of exciting land developments in the greater Bay of Plenty area. The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to work on all aspects of field surveying and gain considerable ‘hands-on’ experience, led by a team of qualified professionals. As a technician, you will have good skills in the field with GPS and Robotic Total Stations and will be familiar with 12D Model. Ideally, this role would suit an ambitious surveyor who enjoys field work and processing their own work in the office.
